MGA have been the lead consultant overseeing the Enabling Development at Daresbury Hall, working closely with Historic England, Conservation officer and many other statutory parties and consultants in order to achieve a exciting planning permission passed in 2025. This new approval will enable the Hall and Coach Houses to be restored to their former condition, bringing life back into the site. This permission is of regional success given the importance of the Historic Asset and we are delighted to have achieved this most recent permission for our clients.
