MGA took onboard this exciting project to renovate, extend, and transform this private dwelling and non-designated heritage asset inside and out from inception to completion. The proposals enhanced the existing dwelling by improving the fenestration, internal layout, and the addition of a contemporary extension. The existing outbuildings were renovated into usable spaces such as ancillary accommodation and new additions were added to provide a gym, garage, and greenhouse. These modern and traditional interventions, accompanied with the creative landscaping, resulted in this beautiful, high-quality home for the clients to enjoy for years to come.
