Conservation Area Cottages

May 25, 2017

MGA has recently completed a project for two new-build stone cottages in the Slyne Conservation area, just north of Lancaster. The properties were built on a vacant site on the northern edge of the village, adjacent to a row of historic properties.

The cottages were designed to sit comfortably in this rural setting and include stone window and door surrounds and stone canopies over the entrance doors plus traditional timber sash windows.

The properties are for rent through Armistead Barnett
