Mason Gillibrand have obtained planning consent for a new build dwelling on the outskirts of the lovely village of Troutbeck in the Lake District National Park. Getting a permission in such a sensitive location took a careful and considered approach to the design as well as working closely with the planning authority to gain their support. The house combines traditional materials with a contemporary element at the rear of the property taking advantage of the fantastic views the site has to offer.
Work is due to start in late 2015.
