Update on our Contemporary adapted property in a Lancaster Conservation area

Work is progressing nicely on the re-use and extension of a former stone garage building in The Greaves conservation area in South Lancaster.

MGA are helping Lancaster City Council to provide a 3 bedroom fully adapted, accessible dwelling, re-using the historic stone building and introducing 2 contemporary extensions, with a glazed link between.

The scheme will integrate 12 ‘in-roof’ solar photovoltaic panels with an Air Source Heat Pump to ensure one of the most energy efficient properties in the City Councils housing portfolio.
