MGA have successfully obtained planning consent for a repeat client to extend their late Arts and Crafts house in a Conservation area in Liverpool.
The new rear extension will create a large Garden Room with a fully hipped roof and large glazed doors out to the extensive gardens.
Construction is due to start in the Autumn.
