MGA has successfully obtained planning consent for the redevelopment of a redundant farm in Carnforth, including the renovation of an existing listed farmhouse and two listed barns, with additional new build dwellings.
This tricky site has been unlocked for development by careful negotiation with Lancaster City Council and will safeguard the future of a number of listed heritage buildings as well as creating new homes in the town.
